Do I need to be technical?
No. The Guide is written for business owners, not developers. There are no commands to memorise, no jargon, no assumptions about prior knowledge.
Do I need anything before I start?
The system runs on a dedicated Mac (not your personal machine — security reasons, explained inside) and uses an AI model API ($20–100/month range for most setups, depending on which provider you choose). The Guide explains all of this in detail before you commit to anything.
What if I want it built live with me?
The AI COO Workshop runs periodically. One day, everything set up together by sundown. Spots are limited and it's by application — there's a link inside the Guide once you've read it.
What if I want it done for me entirely?
